How to squat properly^

You guys can’t imagine the pain I feel when I see people squatting with horrible form at my gym..

Good. I was doing it right yesterday then. All I know is to keep that ass out like you getting ready to twerk or something.

Keep your core tight and push through your heels.  It hurts me when people perform ANY exercise with bad form, such a high risk for injury

I put these together because I am sick of reading girls putting themselves down on tumblr because they don’t look like any of these women. There are things called high end cosmetics and photoshop that make these women look perfect by hiding their blemishes and wrinkles. The truth is they can afford far better makeup than you. The stuff they use is almost magic. And we all know the things they can do with photographs these days. Strip all that away and they’re just like you. You also have to figure how many of these women had cosmetic surgery. There is no so such thing as a perfect and flawless looking person.

Long overdue post…puts things into a more balanced perspective. Thank you for this compilation.

I love how everyone looks like they’re from a horror movie and Emma Watson still looks fucking perfect.

I’m pretty sure Emma Watson isn’t the only one still fine without make-up. I’m tired of Beyonce as a general thing but she looks amazing without make-up. Hate Angelina Jolie, but she looks good. And there’s more. Then there’s others that just look.. normal. Which is good. Because they are.

emma watson was like “lol jk still perf”.

Things You Need To Know Before Your Next Job Interview

Putting this here for future reference.

important.

I want this poster sized for my classroom.  Not every job is going to be, “Well, I just walked in wearing my street clothes and McDonald’s hired me…I dunno what the big deal is…”

Can you imagine what it is like for someone with social anxiety disorder? The sweat alone can make an interviewer think something is wrong with a potential job seeker. It’s hard when you’re really paranoid around people.
